U.S. Navy veteran Jim Terpstra explains how he coped when things went from bad to worse.

claims marines are “more rugged” than service members in other branches of the military. 

Mike Needham discusses what his now-deceased son, John Needham, endured in Iraq. 
Both father and son are Army veterans. WARNING: Contains graphic images of alleged

Following a book event at the Saban Theatre in Beverly Hills, after  most of the audience 
had left, Rosanne Cash honored Gold Star Moms Karen Meredith and Nadia McCaffrey, 
with a heartfelt song. Also, Judith Broder of The Soldiers Project shares her thoughts.
